Bob joined RiteMade after 30 years of sales experience in the industrial instrument, pump and hydraulic market. The last 10 years served as Regional Sales Manager in the MidEast and Eastern territories before joining Ritemade.

Clay's business career began in his family's office products store. After serving his country for 2 years during the Vietnam conflict, he received a degree in Forestry from American River College. Entering the office products industry again, he became a territory manager for a major, national office products distributor. Eventually he became a partner in an office products store. After selling his interests in the business, Clay began selling RiteMade products while working for a manufacturing rep group in 1991.
