STEPHEN K. SCHWARTZ

PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Steve Schwartz holds the titles of Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer. He attended Princeton University where he studied English Literature. In addition he has course work in architecture and business. Mr. Schwartz had eight years management experience in the marketing and screen printing industry prior to joining RiteMade. He has had a variety of positions with RiteMade including Plant Manager, General Manager, and Marketing Manager.



ROY FAIRCHILD

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Roy Fairchild holds the titles of Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary. He attended Oklahoma School of Business with degrees in Accounting and Business Administration. Mr. Fairchild has over twelve years in the office products industry and was formerly a Vice-president of Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing and Distribution as well as having senior level general management and financial positions with corporations such as Teknekron Infoswitch, NCR Corporation, and Dow Chemical.



BRIAN BURNS

CORPORATE GENERAL MANAGER
joined RiteMade September 1994

Brian Burns holds the title of Corporate General Manager. He joined RiteMade while still attending school at St. Mary's College where he received degrees in Business Administration and Organizational Management. He has had a variety of positions at RiteMade including Customer Service Representative, Management Trainee (purchasing and production), Midwest Region Sales Manager, and most recently Corporate Director of Special Accounts and Services.



FRED BROWN

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT SALES
joined RiteMade March 1999

Fred Brown holds the title of Senior Vice President Sales. He attended the University of Washington and completed a degree in business. Prior to RiteMade Mr. Brown has extensive sales experience, working as an independent business owner and entrepreneur. While working in corrugated industry he gained valuable knowledge about paper, he held the title of Western Regional Sales Manager. Other little known facts about Mr. Brown include an extensive background of professional athletics. With RiteMade, Mr. Brown has been Sales Representative - Western Region and Manager National Dealer Sales.



DENNIS WILTON

CHIEF CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
joined RiteMade April 1985

Dennis Wilton graduated from the University of Nebraska with a business degree and is a devoted Husker fan. He came to RiteMade with over 18 years of sales, marketing, and operations experience with such companies as Fairmont Foods and Coors Distributing where he held titles such as General Sales Manager and Operations Manager. Mr. Wilton has had a variety of positions with RiteMade including Sales Representative, Sales Manager - Midwest Region, and Vice President Kansas City Region.



TODD WHITAKER

VICE PRESIDENT AND DIRECTOR OF PLANT OPERATIONS
joined RiteMade September 1989

Todd Whitaker holds the titles of Vice President and Director of Plant Operations and Corporate Vice President. He attended Fort Hays State University receiving a degree in Vocational Education. His background includes twelve years experience in retail management and construction with companies such as K-Mart and WalMart and in positions including Management Trainee, Store Sales Manager, and Store Manager. With RiteMade Mr. Whitaker has held the positions of Warehouse Manager, Plant Manager, and Vice President - Manufacturing with RiteMade.



KEITH MORANTZ

VICE PRESIDENT CORPORATE PURCHASING
joined RiteMade March 1997

Keith Morantz holds the titles of Vice President of Corporate Purchasing and Corporate Vice President. He studied at the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He is a CPM (certified purchasing manager) with twenty-eight years in the paper industry prior to joining RiteMade. His background includes Director of Customer Service, Sales and Marketing Representative, and Director of Administration and Purchasing with companies such as Paper Supply Company and International Paper.



GAIL SCHWARTZ

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
joined RiteMade August 1999

Gail Schwartz holds the title of Human Resources Manager and Corporate Treasurer. She has a Bachelor degree from the University of Missouri - Kansas City and a Masters from Kansas University. Her previous background includes fifteen years experience in retail management and four years as an independent business owner. Previous titles include buyer, Store Manager, Vice President Merchandising, and President of a small business.



LESLIE DICKSON

CORPPORATE CREDIT MANAGER
Joined RiteMade April 1988

Leslie Dickson handles accounts receivable, credit, and invoicing for RiteMade. She joined RiteMade in 1988 and has held the positions of Customer Service Representative, Order Entry and Invoicing Clerk, Reception, and Accounts Receivable Clerk. Prior to joining RiteMade, Leslie received her AA degree from Johnson County Community College as a paralegal and worked in the bank consulting field.



VINCE BASSO

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND MARKETING MANAGER
joined RiteMade September 2007

Vince Basso joins RiteMade after seven years with The Kansas City Star newspaper coordinating marketing for national and regional accounts like Bank of America, Bed Bath & Beyond, Ethan Allen and UMB Bank. Prior to newspaper, he was a small business owner in the beer wholesale and maintenance supply businesses. Mr. Basso studied Marketing and Business Administration at NWMSU and UCM.



STEPHANIE BULLOCK

Administrative Manager
Joined RiteMade May 1995

Stephanie Bullock joined RiteMade in 1995 and has held a variety of positions with increasing responsibility. She currently handles sales support for the territory sales representatives and manages the pricing and order entry functions for RiteMade. She has the reputation as the "go to" person for the plants and contributes in a variety of areas including Customer Service and inventory. Prior to joining RiteMade, Stephanie served in the air force where she completed her AA degree in Business Administration.



CHAD SNODDY

CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

Chad Snoddy joins RiteMade as the Customer Service Manager in Kansas City after over nine years in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to coming to RiteMade he worked for a California-based workers safety firm where he held a variety of titles including Customer Service Manager, Project Manager and Director of Administration. He has a Bachelor degree from the University of Kansas.



TIM BARGER

Assistant Manager Purchasing and Finance

Tim Barger joined RiteMade in February 2008. He is a recent graduate from Emporia State University with a BS in Business - Accounting Major. He has been the recipient of many awards during his college and high school career and was involved in athletics and student government. His primary duties will be to support the rapidly growing demands of the purchasing and accounting departments.
