STEPHEN K. SCHWARTZ

PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Steve Schwartz holds the titles of Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer. He attended Princeton University where he studied English Literature. In addition he has course work in architecture and business. Mr. Schwartz had eight years management experience in the marketing and screen printing industry prior to joining RiteMade. He has had a variety of positions with RiteMade including Plant Manager, General Manager, and Marketing Manager.



BRIAN BURNS

CORPORATE GENERAL MANAGER
joined RiteMade September 1994

Brian Burns holds the title of Corporate General Manager. He joined RiteMade while still attending school at St. Mary's College where he received degrees in Business Administration and Organizational Management. He has had a variety of positions at RiteMade including Customer Service Representative, Management Trainee (purchasing and production), Midwest Region Sales Manager, and most recently Corporate Director of Special Accounts and Services.



STEPHANIE BULLOCK

ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER
joined RiteMade May 1995

Stephanie Bullock holds the title of Assistant General Manager. During her time with RiteMade, she has held various titles including Warehouse Manager and Sales Support for the Colorado Division. In 2010, her responsibilities as Administrative Manager were increased and she currently manages pricing, order entry, invoicing and reception. Always a "go to" person, she and her staff complete many of the corporate functions that support the outside sales staff and, with her new responsibilities, she continues to improve internal processes to support RiteMade customers. Prior to joining RiteMade, Stephanie served in the Air Force where she completed her AA degree in Business Administration.



TODD WHITAKER

VICE PRESIDENT AND DIRECTOR OF PLANT OPERATIONS

Todd Whitaker holds the titles of Vice President and Director of Plant Operations and Corporate Vice President. He attended Fort Hays State University receiving a degree in Vocational Education. His background includes twelve years experience in retail management and construction with companies such as K-Mart and WalMart and in positions including Management Trainee, Store Sales Manager, and Store Manager. With RiteMade Mr. Whitaker has held the positions of Warehouse Manager, Plant Manager, and Vice President - Manufacturing with RiteMade.



FRED BROWN

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT SALES
joined RiteMade March 1999

Fred Brown holds the title of Senior Vice President Sales. He attended the University of Washington and completed a degree in business. Prior to RiteMade Mr. Brown has extensive sales experience, working as an independent business owner and entrepreneur. While working in corrugated industry he gained valuable knowledge about paper, he held the title of Western Regional Sales Manager. Other little known facts about Mr. Brown include an extensive background of professional athletics. With RiteMade, Mr. Brown has been Sales Representative - Western Region and Manager National Dealer Sales.



MIKE CAVENDER

CORPORATE CREDIT MANAGER

Mike Cavender holds the title of Corporate Credit Manager. He has a BS in Business Administration from the University of Kansas. Most recently he served as President of Cavender & Associates, Inc. Mr. Cavender has extensive experience in all phases of business operations including managing accounts payables and receivables, credit and collections, maintenance of financial records, bank and vendor negotiations and preparation of financial statements. Mr. Cavender also served on the RiteMade Board of Directors for several years. He is an avid KU sports fan.



CODY SMITH

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE & CREDIT ASSISTANT
joined RiteMade December 2010

Cody Smith holds the title Accounts Payable and Credit Assistant. He attended Mississippi College where he received his Bachelor in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. He previously held the title of Assistant Customer Service Manager with RiteMade. Cody's responsibilities include accounting, accounts payable, and credit assistant. Prior to coming to RiteMade, Cody worked in banking and public utilities where he served as a Lead Customer Service Representative, handling customer complaints and credit related inquiries. Cody enjoys music and the arts.



CHAD SNODDY

CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER / MARKETING MANAGER

Chad Snoddy holds the titles of Customer Service Manager & Marketing Manager. Prior to coming to RiteMade, Chad spent nine years in the San Francisco Bay Area as Customer Service, Project Manager, and Director of Administration for a safety related company. Chad sets the customer service standards and personally handles many of the customer and sales staff questions. In addition he updates the website, creates marketing materials and maintains many of the marketing programs and databases. An avid Jayhawk fan, Chad received a BA with a major in English from the University of Kansas.



TIM BARGER

CORPORATE MANAGER PURCHASING AND ACCOUNTING
joined RiteMade February 2008

Tim Barger holds the title of Corporate Manager Purchasing and Accounting. Tim joined RiteMade after graduating from Emporia State University with a BS in Business - Accounting. Tim and the Purchasing Assistant buy almost everything that RiteMade uses. This includes paper and all other raw materials, tools and machines parts and office / janitorial supplies. The Purchasing team is also responsible for many rentals and leases on auxiliary equipment such as forklifts. Tim is an avid sports participant and fan and in his spare time pursues these and a variety of other hobbies.



RYAN SIKKEL

ASSISTANT PURCHASING MANAGER
joined RiteMade August 2010

Ryan Sikkel holds the title of Assistant Purchasing Manager. He has a BS in History and Minor Concentration in Economics from the University of Kansas. Prior joining RiteMade, Ryan spent three years in Business Development in the Logistics industry. As the Assistant Purchasing Manager he buys almost everything the company uses from raw materials to office supplies. He is also responsible for inventory forecasting, maintaining vendor/supplier relationships, and quality control. A native of San Antonio, Texas, Ryan enjoys a variety of hobbies and outdoor activities.



GAIL SCHWARTZ

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
joined RiteMade August 1999

Gail Schwartz holds the title of Human Resources Manager and Corporate Treasurer. She has a Bachelor degree from the University of Missouri - Kansas City and a Masters from Kansas University. Her previous background includes fifteen years experience in retail management and four years as an independent business owner. Previous titles include buyer, Store Manager, Vice President Merchandising, and President of a small business.
